What I would need is the following:

1. Country you want to ship to

2. Which city/town do you want to ship to in the country above

3. Your pickup address, name and phone number in China in Chinese

4. How many boxes do you want to ship.

5. Size(s) of the box(es)

6. Weight(s) of box(es)

7. The content in each box

8. Ship to information (complete name, address, phone number, e-mail)
